Tyre Repair Kits
All it takes is a nail or a screw and the tire is flat. What now? Most people don't have the strength or the necessary know-how to change the tyre themselves, but a lot of time can pass before the breakdown service arrives. The tyre repair kit can help, as it allows you to quickly and easily seal holes in the tire so that the vehicle can easily make it to the nearest garage. Without any effort at all! The kits consist of tire sealant and a small compressor and are available for different vehicle sizes - the best way to prevent sales breakdowns!

Prepare

To ensure that the tyre repair kit is effective, the valve must be in the upper area of the damaged tyre. Now remove the valve core and let the remaining air out of the tyre.

Filling

If possible, the foreign body should be removed. The complete tire sealant is then filled into the tyre via the valve using the hose supplied.

Inflating

Screw the valve core back into the valve. Inflate the tyre to the recommended tire pressure using the compressor supplied. When driving off, the sealant closes the hole from the inside stopping the air loss.

Drive off

The vehicle is ready to start again in less than 15 minutes and can be driven to the next workshop without any problems. After 3 km, the tyre pressure must be checked again and corrected if necessary.

Flat tyre kits

The flat tyre kit puts an end to cumbersome and dangerous roadside tyre changes. Punctures of up to 6 mm in diameter on the tyre tread and shoulder can be sealed without tools and without the use of force, so that a trip to the nearest garage is possible. Two sets are available for different vehicle sizes.

Perfect replacement

Thanks to the universal refill bottles, it is not necessary to replace the entire set after a puncture, but only the tyre sealant. The tyre sealant has a shelf life of 4 years. If the expiration date is exceeded, the sealant should be replaced to ensure functionality in the event of a puncture.
